htaccess file auto write possible?

    HI,
    I am trying to migrate code and Database through PHP script from dev(staging site) to www(production site) location. Script is coping files and DB from dev to www and re-active plugins once migrated but it does not write code for WP fastest cache under htaccess file on www location.
