.htaccess errordocument 404 /error404/ doesn’t work if permalink

  • Hello, i’ve got wordpress installed on siteground.
    What i do actually manage is 301 rewrite to other pages, succesfuly.
    What i really can’t manage, is via .htaccess, the custom 404 page if permalinks are enabled. I really am stuck and confused ….

    no permalinks same site :
    errordocument 404 https://www.xxx.eu/?page_id=13177 (where 13177 it’s mine custom 404 page) works.

    with permalinks activated :
    errordocument 404 https://www.xxx.eu/mine-404 doesn’t works.

    any idea ?
