• In the previous version if you hadn’t checked

Allow iThemes Security to write to wp-config.php and .htaccess.

the required htaccess and wp-config code was shown to manually edit the htaccess file, now nothing is shown in the dashboard (There are no rules to write. in rewrite rules and wp-config.php rules.)

After the latest update the code is visible but I can’t find a proper way to copy and paste it because the new line character is not recognized and the htaccess file is a mesh. an you please check it?

    Hi drazon,

This is a bug that has been reported and we are working on. A very soon release will address this issue so thanks for being patient with us as we squash these bugs and stay tuned!

    Thanks-R.S.

It’s a different thing. Thanks for fixing the bugs in very short time after the update.

I understand the shift to iThemes Security from Better WP Security introduced a massive number of serious bugs, and it has taken you many releases to work through them and get the plugin at least basically working, but is there a timeline to fix cut-n-paste for .htaccess ?

In the interim are there any known issues in Better WP Security 3.6.5/3.6.6 ? I think a lot of people have stayed with this for now.
