HTACCESS challenges

    Hi,

    Having some challenges with HTACCESS and AIO. With AIO’s htaccess code and the GZIP and browser caching code, the file comes in at nearly 400 lines.

    First challenge is that I suspect that there is a coding challenge. Reason is that the code editor built into cpanel as well as pastebin stops “colour coding” the code halfway through line 138?! So, I assume it does not consider the remaining 270ish lines, though could be wrong?!

    Second challenge is that I cannot figure out which bots it blocks… From my understanding it blocks EVERYTHING that looks like a bot via RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} ^$ but then how do I whitelist a bot? I cannot find any place in the plugin to do this…

    Third challenge is that I think that this HTACCESS is creating a little challenge with some of the integrations I have. Since I have installed the plugin, the integration partner receives an error {"code":"woocommerce_rest_cannot_view","message":"Sorry, you cannot list resources.","data":{"status":401}}.

    Otherwise, I have always been and continue to be a happy user of the plugin!

    Hi, sounds like you have a few issues.

    Lets start by disabling all Firewall rules. Then carry out a test to see if one or more of your issues are resolved. Report back when you have carried out this test.
