• Two problems actually.

#1 – I’m having problems configuring an htaccess for my blog, which is in the root directory, without it overriding the other domain directories on my shared server.

If anyone can watch these two screencast videos on my YouTube channel that I made today to show what the problem is that I’m having, and make some suggestions that would be GREAT.

    Video #1
    Video #2

Right now my blog gets an internal server error with every page – just the pages, not the posts, and it’s really getting frustrating. If I put an htaccess file on the server, the pages show up, but then my other domains get an internal server error instead of the custom 404 page.

So if I can get some help on the htaccess, then I can try and create a custom 404 page for the blog too.

#2 – I don’t know how to create a custom 404 page-not-found.php for my blog. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Thank you!
