    so I have been dealing with making my sections link properly and no luck so far, i just found out that i have a windows server, not linux and supposedly permalink access is impossible to set, based on the instructions, if i want to use the nishita theme this is what my permalink structure should be /%year%/%postname%/ any suggestions to make athis work on a windows server?

    Have a look at the “Almost pretty” section at the Permalinks page.

    Try something like /index.php/%year%/%postname%/
