    Hi there,

So I’m using Elementor free & HT Mega Addons plugin for Elementor and of course, I also installed the w3 total cache free plugin for my website.
    Now my problem is:

    – in the Elementor Builder carousel looks fine, I’ve got 3 items in a row, navigation works and all. https://ibb.co/yVgCF1t

    – when I open the preview mode or update the page, the post carousel did not appear (not working) https://ibb.co/HV8pzqb

    – I have contacted the author of the Ht mega addons plugin and he said the problem is in the w3 total cache plugin. he said I have a query cache enabled on my website and That’s why no post data is displaying even after making any changes. This issue has nothing to do with the HT Mega plugin.

He asked me to contact you to solve this issue, I hope you can help me to solve this issue.

    Thank you

    Hello @tarekht

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I happy to assist you with this.
Have you tried purging the cache and see if the issue persists?
When you say you have query cache enabled can you please check the Browser Cache settings and see if the option Prevent caching of objects after settings change is enabled or you are caching query strings in Performance>Page Cache?
Does the issue occur while logged in or in an incognito window?
    Thanks!

    Hello @cheniago

Can you please disable The W3TC settings one by one in Performance>General Settings, save all settings and purge the cache and see which setting might be causing the issue.
    Thanks!

    Hello @vmarko,

There are 2 things that are enabled in general settings:
    1. Object Cache (I’ve tried disabled > save all settings and purge the cache, still not working)

    2. Enable Google Page Speed dashboard widget.

    Thank you.

    Hello @cheniago

If the issue persists when W3 Total Cache is disabled, it means that the issue is not related to W3 Total Cache.
    Thanks!
