HRM Permission

I have purchased your hrm permission addon but it is not working. When i login as an administrator i can see the hrm in dashboard and can create projects and employees etc but when i logged in as hrm employee then Nothing is showing in dashboard. I want too see the section of my tasks when i logged in as hrm_employee. I have marked check for all the permission for hrm_employee. But still nothing is showing
