hreflang not found when view in secondary language

I have installed the TranslatePress plugin. I am having an issue with hreflang attributes.When I see this page, https://cabontime.in/singham/blog/11/page/11 all hreflang seems to be right and working fine.
Now, when I see the same page in another language i.e. ES and the link is https://cabontime.in/singham/es/blog/11/page/11 then the hreflang attributes are wrong for the English language and throwing 404 when we visit that page
Can you please help me solving this as this is impacting the visitors flow
