hreflang and polylang

  • Hello,
    In Google search console it keeps showing the mesage “Your site has no hreflang tags”. I see Polylang included the tags in all pages.
    I readed other posts regarding this isue and they had <div> in the head section. I didn’t saw any so it seems to be different issue.

    My website is https://www.smilesontheway.com. Can you check what’s the problem?
