  • Hi there @sunnywinter ??

We look forward to knowing when this plugin is HPOS compatible

Just to clarify, the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin is compatible with HPOS since version 2.6.29, released on November 8, 2022 (changelog linked here, for reference).

The related GitHub PR is #2345, and issue #2260.

I hope this is helpful! Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
We will be happy to help you further.

Hello @sunnywinter! Thank you for sharing the screenshot. The Facebook for WooCommerce plugin is indeed compatible with HPOS. However, the issue you’re experiencing might be due to a specific setup on your site.

To better understand and resolve this, could you please share your System Status Report? You can find it in your dashboard under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report. Once you have that, simply click “Copy for support” and paste it here.

Looking forward to resolving this together!

Hi, we have the same situation with our latest website. What can I do to resolve it?

    Hi @beni4ka127,

we have the same situation with our latest website. What can I do to resolve it?

From what I understand, you’re also experiencing compatibility issues with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and HPOS on your latest website.

Firstly, could you please verify if you’re using the latest version of the plugin? The Facebook for WooCommerce plugin has been compatible with HPOS since version 2.6.29. If you’re not running this version or a later one, updating the plugin should resolve your issue.

If the issue persists, we would appreciate it if you could start a ?? new topic in our support forum. This is in accordance with our ?? forum’s best practices and allows us to focus on your specific issue. It also makes it easier for other users who might be facing the same problem to find and learn from the discussion.

In your new topic, could you please provide as much detail as possible? This might include screenshots, error messages, the steps you’ve already taken to try to resolve the issue, and any other information you think might be relevant.

You can use https://snipboard.io to share screenshots. Just follow the instructions on the page and paste the URL in your reply.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to assisting you further on the new topic.

You would like me to post our system report here publically? I prefer to send it in private, but I don’t see how we can.

This thread has been incorrectly marked as resolved.

    Hello @sunnywinter,

You would like me to post our system report here publically? I prefer to send it in private, but I don’t see how we can.

Yes, kindly post it here. :?)

The system status doesn’t contain sensitive information by default but feel free to remove anything you’re not comfortable sharing before posting it here directly.

Also, just to confirm, are you using the latest version of the plugin?

I’m asking because HPOS compatibility was introduced in version 2.6.29 so anything before it is expected to not work.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks for your feedback. It seems the plugin was having some issues, the version number was not correct with reality and hence did not update for some time. Removing the plugin and installing the latest version fixed it. Thanks for your help!
