HPOS sync is not working

The issue you’re describing sounds like it could be due to a number of factors, but let’s start with the basics. The HPOS sync process can be affected by various elements such as server configurations, PHP versions, or even conflicts with other plugins/themes.

First, please ensure that your server meets the minimum requirements, which includes PHP version 7.2 or higher, MySQL version 5.6 or higher, and WordPress version 5.2 or higher.

If your server meets these requirements, the next step is to check for any possible conflicts with other plugins or your theme. You’ve mentioned that you’ve deactivated all plugins, however can you confirm if the same thing happens when you switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One? If you haven’t tried yet, kindly check it too in case it could be a conflict with the theme.

It looks like that there is no action started when activating HPOS sync. Where can I see the any log of HPOS sync?

While investigating the site’s System Status Report (SSR), it appears the HPOS feature is not enabled—at the point in time that the SSR was created.

Once the HPOS feature and synchronization are enabled, WC populates the HPOS tables with data from posts & postmeta tables. The synchronization between the tables is?explained in detail in this document.

There is additional work needed to sync your store. Be sure to?follow our documentation?closely.
