Should we wait until all plugins are compatible with HPOS before we can use the compatibility mode? – https://prnt.sc/elKE9z0gXDTT

Or we can use compatibility mode even there are still plugins not compatible with the new HPOS?

What if there is a problem during the syncing process? Can we roll back?

I am just nervous to do this.

    Hello dzulfriday,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

Regarding your query about the High Performance Order Storage (HPOS) compatibility, it’s possible that HPOS may function correctly if the plugins you’re using do not interact with Orders data. However, we advise against trying this on a live site to prevent any potential disruptions to your business operations.

To ensure the smoothest experience, we recommend setting up a Staging site to test the compatibility of your plugins with HPOS. This allows you to observe how your site operates under the new HPOS without affecting your live site.

Additionally, you may also reach out to the authors of the respective plugins to inquire about compatibility with HPOS. They could provide more specific information regarding their plugin’s compatibility and any updates they might be working on.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to let us know.
    We’re here to help! ??

I have the following issue with a webshop that was created before the introduction of HPOS: I switched WooCommerce to the compatibility mode and was able to enable HPOS after synchronising orders to the posts table.
However, after a few weeks of having the compatibility mode enabled I disabled it and had to notice after a new order came in that this new order had to be synchronised. So I had to enable the compatibility mode again.
The strange thing is, though all plugins have the latest version (including wpml and the site’s theme) that this issue occurs even when I disable all plugins except WooCommerce.
So anybody an idea what’s going on here?
