    Hi,

We have installed your plugin on our website, but we have noticed that it is not compatible with the new Woocommerce HPOS function.

When will compatibility with this feature be expected?

That explains why you are seeing that notice: You are using a very old version. The latest version is 3.7.7 as of today (see). Please note that we added support for HPOS more than a year ago, in 3.3.0 launched on January 16th, 2023.

In short, you should to update the plugin at least to 3.3.0 to be able to take advantage of HPOS. However, do not forget to create a backup first, because you are using a very old version and jumping from a major release is a very big change that could lead to issues, so you could need to do the update in steps, e.g. 2.12.0?>?2.16.0, then 2.16.0 > 3.0.0 and so on.

Sorry, I realised I was wrong.

The Plugin is correctly updated to version 3.7.7.
Actually what is not compatible is this one: “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Premium Templates</span>”.

So these are the premium templates of your plugin, Woocommerce tells me that they are not compatible with HPOS and that I have to deactivate or delete it.

I have tried to find a solution but cannot find a way to upgrade this premium function, nor can I find a way to activate the licence.

Ok I finally found a solution, I retrieved a more recent installation file, now the plugin extension is updated correctly and is compatible with HPOS.

    Thanks for the support.
