    Hi,

Your plugin shows up in the list of plugins incompatible with WooCommerce HPOS (see here). From what I understand, you just need to add the declaration into the code that you have tested your plugin to work with HPOS if you are not making function calls to the orders table.

WooCommerce will be rolling this out next month, with it being the default as of V8.0. We need to get all the plugins able to use this otherwise we will not be able to continue to update Woo.

Please update this as soon as possible so we can begin testing the migration.

    Hi @dassels43

Thanks for reaching out to us. We are aware of the update. Our plugins are already compatible with HPOS – if there are any issues along the way this will not affect the functionality of our plugins.

If you experience any technical queries please log a support ticket here https://wpwham.com/support/ and we will assist you further.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Megan,

This does not appear to be the case. The declaration needs to be added to the plugin in order for feature to be enabled. Please see attached screenshot.

    Hi @dassels43

Our plugins are compatible with HPOS already, but we have not yet added the line of code to declare compatibility (it will be included in the next update). Should you encounter any issues, let us know, but many of our customers have enabled HPOS already and have not reported any problems.

If you are getting any message regarding incompatibility while installation there is usually some kind of bypass option (like “activate anyway” or “ignore”).? Please see if you can see anything like that? Our plugins won’t hurt anything if they go ahead and activate HPOS.

    Thanks in advance,
    Megan

    Hi Megan,

There is no option anymore to “activate anyway” or “ignore”. They (Woocommerce) removed this option a few updates back.

Since, as you confirmed, only the code needed to confirm HPOS compatibility is missing, we can manually add this in the meantime until the update goes through. Do you have a recommendation as to where to put the code?

    Bump.

As @dassels43 mentioned, HPOS now requires plugins to declare their compatibility with HPOS before the feature can even be enabled in the Woocommerce advanced settings page. Please update.

Can you please declare compatibility, as mentioned above, it is not possible anymore to bypass incompatible plugins.
