Howto? Release specific user from: "Notify me when new surveys are added"

I am receiving not first request from commenting visitor to release him from subscription to be notified by email on new comments to the topic. I saw that it related somehow to the Jetpack. I hope I can remove it completely but I’d like to have option to remove asking person from subscription rather than remove entire ability to be notified.

If there is any place where I could delete asking visiter’s email from the list of mailed same notifications? How to delete not service but user from notification on email?
