HowTo: Different languages in wp-admin and public blog

  • hi all,

    how can i change the language used in the blog itself, especially the date and time display, e.g. “M?rz” instead of “March” and keep the main language used in the administration, e.g. wp-admin in english?
    moving the folder “wp-content/languages” anywhere else displays BOTH in english.

    anyone? pleeeeze ??

  • the bogo plugin will change the language on a per user basis, so it will change both the front and back ends to english for you, but if you log out, the site will be in the defined site language
