I have an SMTP plugin on my client’s site that sets the From address for outbound email to [email protected].

However, your “How your forms performed this year” email was sent/attempted from the Administration Email Address in General Settings. This is my personal email which is not on the client’s domain.

While the SMTP plugin is successful in sending the form notifications to the client, it is unable to override this particular system message. Is there a way that I can modify your default to ensure that all messages use [email protected]?

    Hi Matt,

I do apologize for the slow response over the holidays.

Our developers have been investigating this and think they have a good idea of the cause – but we’re struggling to reproduce this on our dev sites.

They asked if you would be able to set up a staging site for us? It would help us confirm the issue and the fix. If that is possible, could you please open a ticket in our helpdesk here to give us access? https://formidableforms.com/new-topic/

    Thank you!
    Nathanael.
