How would I use this to sell tickets in person?

    The functionality you ask for isn’t in the base Community OpenTickets product – but is however in our Enterprise version

    We are in the throes of writing a number of optional extensions for the Community version, amongst which will be a Box Office plugin that does what you say you need

    Unfortunately at the moment we don’t have a timetable for doing this as we are currently working on extensions that are more needed

    You can keep an eye on what is available by checking our Extensions Page at:

    and if you sign up on our mailing list on that page we will advise when this becomes available…

    Thanks so much for your quick reply, can you tell me if there is a way to try out the enterprise version before purchasing it (a timed trial?)

    I don’t believe we have such a timed-trial facility in the Enterprise product unfortunately….

    We do however offer discounts for Non-Profits – so if you reach out to [email protected] someone will get back to you to discuss what your needs are
