• I have a page that displays multiple video links and lets the user choose which ones to play. The page was created using the WP Bakery page builder. How can I make use of [um_loggedin] and [/um_loggedin] on this page?

    Hello @alanp57
[um_loggedin] and [/um_loggedin] can be used as regular shortcode. If you want condition to be applied for certain blocks, you can add [um_loggedin] before the block starts and add [/um_loggedin] shortcode after the block ends. I suggest you give this a try and see if this solves the issue.

I need to shortcode to go before and after the content which includes a number of rows. It appears that a shortcode has to go into a text block, but there are any at the top or bottom of the content rows. Thus, I’m thinking I have to convert the page to HTML in order to use the shortcode. Thanks for your suggestion.

    Hi @alanp57

Thank you for contacting our support.

Do you want to show specific videos for logged-in users using this shortcode [um_loggedin] [/um_loggedin] ? There’s also a shortcode for logged-out users: [um_loggedout] [/um_loggedout]

    Regards,

I want to restrict the content of the whole page, but there does not seem to be a way to insert the shortcode before the page rows and columns. This would be an issue with the WP Bakery page builder.

    Hi @alanp57

Thanks for letting us know. Unfortunately, that’s the issue between the WP Bakery PB and UM. I saw this WP Bakery PB premium add-on that restricts content: https://wpbakery.com/addons/elements-for-users/
