How would I translate Woocommerce E-Mails?

I am very happy with sublanguage and have managed to almost translate my entire project. Now this is something where I am stuck.

In WooCoomerce > Settings > Emails > “New Account” (for example) > Additional content

I tried using shortcode here to translate, but the shortcode will be printed as text in the E-mail.

What would be a better way to archive this?
