I’m using extra theme, another theme by divi theme and not sure

Please switch to Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Seventeen and test the shortcode in a Page or Post.

If it works, it’s a theme issue and please provide me the version number of the Extra theme you’re using.

If it doesn’t work, please provide any helpful details for me to try to reproduce the issue.

Assuming you want 8am – 6pm Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5) on January 23, 2017, for the location you initially inquired about:

Alternatively, if you wanted to use timestamps, it would look like this:

FYI: the RFC 2822 format from https://coderstoolbox.net/unixtimestamp/ is a good reference to make sure what you entered as a timestamp or as ISO 8601 format is the correct datetime. In other words, the RFC 2822 display at that site is a good human-readable reference.

If you’re not running the latest version (updated yesterday, Feb 2, 2017, to version 2.0.33), please update and try that.
