How would I alter the roles function to do

  • I have a business directory…

    I need to structure the roles so that:

    No regular users can delete a listing or access the admin area.

    I want all users to be able to edit any listing that has not been paid for. Once paid a listing has been secured then only the owner can edit it.

    Can someone point me in the right direction
