    Hi there. I’m making some small edits to the emails sent out by Jigoshop. But one email is missing from the dashboard — for ‘Order received’. The only emails I can access through the WordPress dashboard are listed below. Can you please tell me where I can find and access the ‘Order received’ email. Thanks. Gary

    – New order admin notification
    – No stock notification
    – Low stock notification
    – Send customer invoice
    – Customer order status refunded
    – Customer order status completed
    – Customer order status on-hold to processing
    – Customer order status pending to on-hold
    – Customer order status pending to processing
    – Product on backorder notification

    No it’s not that. I’m talking about the email that the buyer receives (not the one that admin receives). The email that the buyer receives has the header ‘Order received’. I wish I could attach a screen shot here to show you. ?? Please check this again. Thanks. Gary

    If that’s the case – then it would be

    – Send customer invoice
    – Customer order status refunded
    – Customer order status completed
    – Customer order status on-hold to processing
    – Customer order status pending to on-hold
    – Customer order status pending to processing

    Depending on the previous order status and the current order status (for example – if a customer orders something and pays via PayPal – and the order requires shipping – it would be “pending to processing”)
