How we show shipping method in front for Manual orders

    hello,
    I have a School Uniform Store , i am using your plugin , i am facing a issue that i create Manual Order in backend and mail goes for new order to customer , Now i want add shipping method on order payment page select shipping method like( POST , SCHOOL , STORE ) select shipping method , tax added according to the shipping method and pay the final ammount.Please help me , i wasted my last two days for this
