How we can connect it’s custom field with database of other table?

    I’m using this plugin to register a user to my website.
    But I’ve used one custom field in registration form which is a Unique ID.
    I want to check UNIQUE ID with database of other plugin from which I’m generating that UNIQUE ID.
    So that it gets verified and wont be used second time by any user.

    Please respond asap.
