How was this user added?

  • A User got added to my system, a MS system, and I’m using google apps login. This shouldn’t be able to happen, right?

    …from the logs, it looks like this was passed to (I assume) wp_insert_user:

    The “user” (app?) logged in just under a second later as a Contributor…

    How can one prevent this kind of thing?
