how use saved data to populated a form

  • Hi community. I′m looking for the following solution, in my web i need to populate some forms with user data, i did it with the name, and email, but there are other data that isn′t in the BD, like ID number, phone etc, if i saved with this plugin that information, how can i use it to populate the form?
