    Hi,

Does your Widget Options plugin have the ability to show/hide widgets based on WooCommerce categories (ie. books, electronics, etc)?

I couldn’t see this in the widget options box, so tried a more manual method of using ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) to set a specific field on each of the category pages with its category name, but that is not working for me in the Widget Options.

Look forward to your reply – on a native solution, or any tips on getting the ACF solution to work.

    Thanks,

    Luke

    Hi @lukek,

Widgets Options Premium version has Extended Taxonomy Terms features where in you can show or hide each WordPress widget per post type, taxonomy and/or term. With extended functionality, whenever each term is selected; each post, page or custom post type (Product categories, Product tags, Product shipping classes) assigned will inherit the visibility options.
