How to whitelist multiple IPs from a CSV file?

    Recently, the Spam Firewall has been blocking Uptime Robot which I use to monitor site uptime. Uptime Robot has provided a list of IPs (about 100) that could be used by their service in a CSV file. I know that I can import a series of IPs from A CSV file, but when imported, each IP is set as “blacklist”. How can I import this CSV but have each IP set to “whitelist”?
