Hello @phantasmix and thanks for reaching out to us!

An easier way might be to navigate to Tools > Live Traffic. Are you seeing the plugin being blocked here, specific to the URL you posted? If so, you can whitelist it right from here.

You could also do a Whois Lookup to get the IP of the site you need and add it to the All Options > Advanced Firewall Options > Whitelisted IP addresses that bypass all rules.

Let me know if this helps!

    Thanks!

    Hi Adam,
no, it doesn’t show up under Live Traffic but the Supsystic plugin creator tested it and came up with the following:

In the debugger/network console in Firefox, I see that there was a POST operation with code 200, but we’re getting a blank page instead of a PDF download dialog.

    Hello again @phantasmix

Generally, if you are getting a 403 from a plugin, learning mode should resolve it, or you should see the block happening in Live Traffic. Since you are previewing the error however, it makes me think that the block is never actually occurring.

If you disable Wordfence, are you able to load this plugin without any issues? Also did you try the whitelisted IP I suggested?

Let me know what you find!

    Thanks!

Yes, I did whitelist the IP, forgot to mention. That had no effect.

Deactivating Wordfence should’ve been the first step, I know, but am always very reluctant to do it.

Deactivated cleanly (with “delete tables”) and still no luck.

So the issue lies elsewhere. Sorry to have bothered you unnecessarily.

Glad you could find a direction for this @phantasmix

I would guess that either your host or another plugin is blocking access to something that Supsystic needs.

If you have any other issues or questions, as always, feel free to post another topic and we would be happy to assist!

Thank you again for your support!
