    Dear author,

I find the theme so beautiful. The only problem is it cannot be accessed when using IE8. Is there anyway to suggest site visitors to change to other web browser in order to visit the site?

    Thanks for your help.

    Best regards,
    Yikun

Solve by move @font-face from function.php to <head>, see this discussion.

To get it work, I also need to remove this line in function.php: wp_enqueue_style( ‘font-awesome’, get_template_directory_uri().’/fonts/font-awesome.min.css’ )

I am a non-developer without website tools or special design downloads. I run both IE 8 and Chrome and I can definately confirm this is not exclusively a developer issue. This problem exists with a regular end user running native IE 8, as this is exactly what I am. I can view my site in Google Chrome without issue.

In IE 8 neither my site or the Hueman Demo site will load without creating a blank white page. I manually switched my browser to compatibility mode and some of the page loaded but not all of it. I did try switching my font to Ariel and this still did not work.

I really like this theme and some of my target audience for my website will likely have IE 8 as well. The unfortunate reality is many people and businesses are still running XP or running on an older machine that cannot install IE 9. I hope that a future update will correct this incompatibility issue with IE 8 because I do love the theme and wish to keep it.
