How to warn user not using IE8

Hi!

The only problem is it cannot be accessed when using IE8.

What happens when you try to view it in IE8?

On one of my computer (windows XP, IE8), I cannot connect to both Hueman demo and my website with Hueman. Type in web address and there is no response at all.
On another of my computer (windows 7 64bit, IE8), I can connect to Hueman demo, but still not my website with Hueman theme.

When using safari or chrome, it goes well. So there is something happening in IE8?

Try restoring all of your IE8 settings to default.

Hello. In IE8, pages load but are totally blank. HTML code is present, but does not appear.

I have reset IE8 and it still cannot display anything.

Otherwise it’s possible that there is some plugin messing up.

Yes I have tried this website (“Hueman demo” as I mentioned above) and it doesn’t work well in IE8.

Looks like I’ll need to install IE8 on some computer then, as IETester does not give the same result.

I have the same issue and i’m not a techie. i dont understand the technical solutions other sites are offering.

The IE8 issues are only appearing in the developer tools, but works fine in IE8 native installations. Is this incorrect in your case?

yes it is.

i use mozilla firefox but for every other person that tested for me using their IE browsers the site didn’t load.

Can you try this:

1. Go to Theme Options > Styling. Enable the first checkbox, “Enable to use the options below”
2. Go to the Font dropdown, select “Roboto Condensed (Latin-Ext)” as an example.
3. Save

Is the page now loading for you in IE8?
