How to vote again

I tested the plugin first. I put the example poll to my page. and vote success.

But when i create new one. click the vote button is not work.

And then i saw the a note :If your logging method is by IP and Cookie or by Cookie, users may still be unable to vote if they have voted before as the cookie is still stored in their computer.

I cleared my browser’s cookie cache， but it doesn’t work. So is there anyway i can vote again? is here can limit it on a polls not all polls vote?
