Id like to use the Taxes report from the Analytics feature of WooCommerce but it is missing some crucial information.

How can I get it to show the total taxable order amount for each Tax Code?
How can I get it to show a “Tax Code” for which no tax was applied?
How can I change the currency? I have to report EU VAT in Euros, but I’m based in the UK so the report is showing everything in GBP.

If someone has a snippet I can add to bring in this data I would be very grateful.

Currently I’m still using the old Reports section because this vital information is missing from the Analytics section.

    Hello CaptainMorgan,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

To clarify, are you referring to tax rates when mentioning “Tax Code”?
    An example would help.

WooCommerce doesn’t currently show taxable amounts per tax rate in its reports, but you could use custom code or third-party plugins to achieve this.

Regarding the currency, WooCommerce reports reflect the store currency (GBP in your case).
There’s no built-in option to change it to euros in the reports; you’d need to convert manually or use an external solution.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us again if you have more questions or concerns.

    Yes that’s what I meant.

This is what I’m doing currently, but since the data is already in WooCommerce it would be nice to see it in the taxes table. After all this is what needs to be reported to VAT/VAT MOSS, the actual amount of tax isn’t really very useful.

    Hello CaptainMorgan,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand your point, and it makes sense that you’d want to see the tax data already present in WooCommerce reflected in the taxes table for easier reporting, especially for VAT/VAT MOSS purposes.

I recommend submitting this as a feature request on our Feature Request portal.
This will ensure that it’s added to our records and considered for future enhancements.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us again if you have more questions or concerns.
