how to view my file

    hi there,
    i have installed this plugin on my localhost. I am using this plugin for BASC bank in transfer transaction where my customers can upload their receipt for me to verify. Upload is succesful but in the backend, when i click on the uploaded files in “Orders”, the files wont load and show. Its a troublesome to go to my server to view those uploaded files everytime.

    Hello jrhenry17,

    Alle files are stored on the path you assign in the upload settings.
    There is a default upload directory.

    From the order detail page you can access all uploaded files.
    If the files don’t load or show there could be two problems:

    1. The files are not uploaded to the correct directory. Check on your localhost to see if the files exists

    2. The files do not have correct access / read rights. Check the access rights for the files and see if they can be accessed by the site.

    Unfortunately we see these problems often caused by a bad configuration of your localhost and we can not give support for localhost installations.
