How to view changed core, theme files.

    Hi, during the scan, it was reported that core and theme files have been changed and that they differ from official repo.
    “Scan complete. You have 15 new issues to fix. See below.Scan Complete.”
    However, how I can take a look at those files. I see no option. The “New Issues” tab is blank.
