How to vertically center align entry title?

    I need to vertically center align entry titles. Currently if I have a title like ‘sjhjs:asd’, the ‘:’ is bottom aligned. I tried adding .entry-title{vertical-align: middle;} but it is not working. I’ve seen other queries like this, but haven’t found a solution.
