how to use wordpress “Post Views Count” plugin?

    i’m installed and active “Post Views Count” plugin but when i’m use shortcode [post_view] like this, it’s doesn’t woek….

    <li><em>[most_view]</em></li>
    OR:

    <li><em><?php [most_view] ?></em></li>
