Hello and thanks for the plugin.

I have created two user groups, each one with access to specific content.
    The groups are:

    • Alumni
    • Parents

Alumni will have access to the Yearbooks page
Parents will have access to the Notices page

However, both pages are created with Elementor so I have no way of adding the code that will redirect not logged in users to the login page or include a login form.
Right now, when a not logged in user tries to access any of the pages, he is presented with a “not found” error.

Any hints on how to achieve that?

    Thanks for reporting this.

I am not sure what you mean about Elementor having no way of adding code that will redirect logged-in users. Are you referring to the shortcode?

You can restrict access to any page, including Elementor pages, by adding Access Conditions to your level.

    Thanks for the reply.

I have added the Access conditions but I don’t see a way to have a login form appear instead of a “not found” error. Or even a message that this is a restricted area for group X.

I am not sure where the “Not found” error comes from. Are you using any other membership/access control plugins in combination with RUA?

If you go to edit the access level, click on the “Options” tab, you will see a “Non-member Action” option.

With this, you can select to redirect unauthorized users to a select page/custom link.

Let me know if this does not solve the problem.
