How to use with Autoptimize

Hi,
I am not sure how the plugin is designed to work with Autoptimize.
Once critical css has been generated, there is a field within Autoptimize called Inline and Defer CSS, where you add the critical css.
But should you also add the critical css to the field provided by Above The Fold Optimization?

The Above The Fold Optimization plugin is a toolkit specifically for above the fold optimization, including the placement of inline critical CSS. The inline CSS capability of the Above The Fold optimization plugin is more advanced and offers more optimization / tuning features.
