I installed this plugin on top of JWT Auth. When I go the dashboard of this plugin, left side I see options General, Login, Register User, etc., when I click on them nothing happens and by default all status Login, Register etc., are OFF. Not sure, how to use this plugin. Could any one help me in setting up this plugin.

    Thank You in advance!

    Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you have problems with this plugin.

My guess is that you don’t have jQuery in the backend of your WordPress website.
But, to be sure, can you please open the browser console, and reply with the errors that you have there?

Also, can you please tell me your WordPress version and plugin version so I can try to replicate this issue on my side?

    Best regards,
    Nicu.

    Hi Nicu,

Using WordPress 5.4.2 and plugin version is 2.2.0. As you said, I do not see any errors in the console but I see warning messages see below links.

DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for https://test.com/apps/simple-jwt-login/vendor/bootstrap/bootstrap.min.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for https://test.com/apps/simple-jwt-login/vendor/bootstrap/bootstrap.min.css.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

    Hello everyone,

I am facing the same issue and getting the same error, I just installed the JWT-Login plugin.

    Any solution?

    Hello,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

I will investigate this problem and I will try to fix it.
My guess is that there might be a problem with the files that are included by the plugin. I will make some changes and let you know when it is fixed.

I’ve added this issue on top of my todo list and I will come back with updates as soon as possible.

    Best regards,
    Nicu.

    Hello,

I’ve just made a new release for the plugin 2.2.1. This issue should be fixed.

Can you please update the plugin to this version and let me know if everything is ok?

    Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Nicu.

    Hello corax0,

First of all, thank you for helping me.

There is no mention in the code of using this .map files anymore, so you should not get the same error.

I think that your browser caches the JS. Can you please clear the cache of your browser and try again? Or maybe, you can try using a different browser to test this.

Or, another possibility is that you have a cache plugin(for example W3 Total Cache).
If you have a cache plugin, you should reset the cache from this plugin ( or disable and reenable this cache plugin), and then everything should be ok.

Please let me know if this issue persists after making these changes.

    Thank you in advance.
    Nicu.

    Cleared the browser cache.
    Used different browser.
    De-activated the plugin.

Though, error is not there anymore but problem remains which is white blank page at the part of plugin.

Hi, I updated the plugin, cleared everything and ran, got the same issue.

    Hello,

I think I found the issue and released a new version 2.2.2.

One of the issues was that I was loading the custom JS before bootstrap.

Also, I’ve changed the way the CSS and JS files are included.
Also, I’ve added the plugin version to the CSS and JS files, so you will not need to clear the cache.

Please update the plugin and let me know if everything is OK.

    Best regards,
    Nicu.

hi, I do not see any errors now but there is no change. I still cannot access left side options from the dashboard.

In verbose I see this message:
[DOM] Input elements should have autocomplete attributes (suggested: “current-password”): (More info: https://goo.gl/9p2vKq)

    Hello careerbuggy,

I am unable to reproduce this issue on any of my websites.

Can you help me with this issue, and have an email/skype conversation about this?
If you agree, I would like to find out more information about the plugins that you are using, the theme, so I can see the issue that you have with “simple-jwt-login”.

This will allow me to configure my local WordPress and have the same issue as you have.

If you agree, please fill up this form:
