How to use this plugin

I’m trying to link an image that opens a Vimeo video in the lightbox, I have the plugin installed but don’t know what to do next?

Just embed the vimeo link into any post (https://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/vimeo/). If you have automatic adding lightbox to video links it should start working without any further actions.
