How to use the plugin on my blog

I am trying to save my blog as a PDF but can’t seem to understand how to do it. I first logged into my site on wordpress.com where I have been editing and making posts, but the plugin didn’t work.
I asked support and they told me that my blog was not a wordpress.com blog but a www.remarpro.com blog with the domain at one.com. A friend helped me set up the blog some years ago so I didn’t know myself and, like I said, I’ve been editing my blog on the woedpress.com dashbord.
Now I cannot understand how to use the print my blog plugin on my blog and desperately ask for help! Please note that I am a complete moron when it comes to these things.
