Very nice plug-in! But I don’t understand how to use the Event Location feature. The Event Location link says “Look for event’s GPS coordinates:” and displays a text box when clicked. I enter the street address, city, state and country in this box, then click “OK”, but nothing happens. Also, if I put the address/city in the “Address as it will be displayed:” box, it disappears when I save the Post. Can you provide some instructions for how to set the Event Location? (Maybe add it to the FAQ, also.)

    Hi

Just after clicking “ok”, you should see a list of results.

If your request returns no result, you can fill manually the GPS coordinates, but it’s not very convenient…

can you give me the address you were searching for ?

    Yes, here’s the address:
2900 Semiconductor Dr., Santa Clara, CA USA
or: 19525 Victor Pkwy, Livonia, MI USA
    I don’t get a listing of results.

    Hi,

I’ve just made the test, and when I seach for “2900 Semiconductor Dr., Santa Clara, CA USA”, I get the following result:

2900, Semiconductor Drive, Santa Clara, Santa Clara County, Californie, 95051, états-Unis d’Amérique

    37.375686 / -121.999004

I guess there is a problem in javascript before the ajax call.

OK, thanks for looking further into the javascript. I’ll watch for your answer. I’m running Version 4.0.1. Having the Location and OpenStreetMap is a great service.
I should mention that I’ve tried it in Firefox and Chrome.
