How to use Team Member?

Pardon my ignorance. I’m a total beginner in developing with WordPress. I’d like to display member gallery. Seems like Team Members plugin fits the job. It’s installed successfully.
In the Dashboard, I can see its shortcode, so I add them to the relevant page:
