How to use shortcode?

I can’t find the documentation to create a page like:
https://portfoliopluginwp.com/portfolio-masonry/?layout=2I have the categories and portfolio items created. It gives you a shortcode for 1 category but how do I have all the categories displayed and listed at the top?
