We’ve been replying to this question couple of time but here is the last thread:

In short, for developers there’s a cn_cookies_accepted() function, for other users there’s a code block in plugin settings to paste your non functional javascript code.

If you put a code in the non functional textarea, the code are called and executed also in case of refusing cookies. You can see it with a simple console.log() call.

I’m using WP 4.4.2 and CN 1.2.34

Also, in link that you post above, a user have the same issue.
