    Hi @rayeason,

    Thank you for reaching out!

    Looking at the Confirmation Redirect URL in your screenshot, here are a few points regarding the issue:

    1. The link you provided appears to be incorrect and won’t work with those “80686” and “80683.” As explained in our guide here, the link should follow this format: https://yourdomain.com/wp-forms-test-2/?wpf1036_1={field_id="1"}&wpf1036_2={field_id="5"}. Adjust wpf1036_1 and wpf1036_2 to match the form ID of the receiving form and the respective field IDs.
    2. Also, please make sure the Prefill by URL feature is enabled in Settings ? General (screenshot).

    If you’re still experiencing issues after making the adjustments above, please share the links to your two forms, and I’ll be happy to provide you with the correct URL.

    Thanks!

    Hello and good day.

    I followed the guid but it did not work.

    I do not understand what wpf1036_1?and?wpf1036_2 refer to other than the form ID _(form field).

    So this is what I have tried and it is still not working.

    https://www.marketingreasons.com/wp-forms-test-2/?wpf80686_1={field_id=”1″}&wpf80683_5={field_id=”5″}

    I can not figure it out. It makes no sense and I am by far, not a noobie.

    THe construction of the url does not makese sense.

    Is it possible to have the first form not send the email notification but allow the second form with the prefill to send the notification?

    Hi @rayeason,

    It’s great to hear that you successfully configured the link to use the Prefill by URL feature. Thanks for the update!

    As for your new question, you can disable the notification in your first form by going to Settings > Notifications and turning off the feature (screenshot). You can keep it enabled only in your second form.

    In case it helps, you can follow our tutorial to ensure your form notification settings are configured properly.

    I hope this helps you achieve your goal!
