How to use posts from wp query for all o more than one lang?

    So lets say I have a a wp query loop is there any way to use the same content of the posts for all or more than one language?

    Maybe the lang can be specified as a parameter in the loop? if yes how?

    Or perhaps use a fallback language for not translated content, can be done?

    Ok using 'lang' => 'en_US' for example as a parameter in the loop allows to override the language of it.
